What will you do?
- Maintain a safe and welcoming work environment while delivering an exceptional guest experience by adhering to high cleanliness standards
- Follow safe work practices, including correct bending and lifting techniques to prevent injury, promptly reporting hazards, using cleaning chemicals appropriately, and minimising tripping risks
- Ensure all work areas remain clean, organised, and well-maintained at all times
- Uphold security and safety protocols when performing tasks to protect guests, staff, and property
- Report any lost or found items
More about you
- Previous experience in a shopping centre, airport, or within a hospitality environment
- Ability to take initiative, working independently but also as a part of a team
- High attention to detail and strong time management skills
- Knowledge of manual handling,
ergonomics, and chemical handling
- Availability to work a 24/7 rotating roster across all shift types
