SN Food is a Melbourne based B2B food wholesaler offering a wide range of high-quality food products to retailers, restaurants and distributors. We are looking for a proactive, creative, and highly organized social media & content creator to elevate our digital presence and help grow our business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create engaging reels, videos & creative content featuring our products.
- Manage Instagram & other social media platforms (posts, campaigns, engagement).
- Conduct high-quality product photography for marketing & catalogue use.
- Produce Video shoots, reels & promotional content ideas.
- Implement SEO strategies to increase reach and search ranking.
- Maintain website & online ordering system (product uploads, banners, updates).
- Potential future responsibility of creating email marketing templates and campaigns using tools like Mailchimp, Mailer Lite etc.
- Participate in food tasting / sampling promotions in shopping centers to drive brand awareness.
- Grow social media followers, engagement & website traffic.
- Track performance metrics and provide insights for improvement.
- Collaborate for product launches, promotions,
influencer outreach & brand partnerships.
Requirements:
- Experience in Social media marketing / content creation.
- Strong understanding of digital platforms - Instagram, Facebook, Tiktok.
- Knowledge of SEO, keyword strategy, hashtags & digital optimization.
- Strong photography + videography skills (reels/short-form content).
- Familiarity with tools like Canva, Adobe creative suite, Mailchimp or similar.
- Ability to conduct product photoshoots and generate creative visuals.
- Comfortable interacting with customers during food tasting events.
- Basic website management experience (online ordering, product updates).
- Creative thinker, reliable, organized and able to work independently.
- Passion for the food industry and brand growth.
