Multiple Locations – Sutherland Shire, Western Sydney, Inner West, South West Sydney, Eastern Suburbs, Central Sydney, CBD, and Parramatta

What You’ll Do:
As a Disability Support Worker, you’ll be providing practical, emotional, and social support to individuals with a range of support needs, including those with mental health conditions and behaviours of concern.

Your day might include:

- Personal care & daily living assistance
- Community engagement and social outings
- Supporting clients to attend appointments or go shopping
- Light domestic duties (cleaning, meal prep)
- Supporting participants with employment or learning goals
- Behaviour management and empowerment
- Building independence and confidence in real-world settings

What We’re Looking For:

- A robust commitment to person-centred support
- Excellent communication and time management skills
- A genuine, compassionate, and professional attitude




- Experience supporting individuals with disability or mental health needs (minimum 6 months)
- Flexibility to travel locally

Requirements (Required or be willing to obtain):

- Valid Driver’s Licence & Reliable, Insured Vehicle
- Work Rights in Australia
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Working With Children Check
- First Aid & CPR Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Manual Handling Certificate (or willing to obtain)
- Certificate III in Individual Support/ Disability Services/Community Services
