Operating from 7am to 6pm, and offer a nurturing environment with natural play spaces, open-plan rooms filled with natural light, and abundant age-appropriate resources. With both indoor and outdoor play areas, we create the perfect setting for 88 children to explore, grow, and thrive.
About You
As our new Assistant Centre Manager you will:
- Lead with passion to deliver high-quality care through strong leadership and teamwork
- Foster a nurturing environment that promotes children's independence and growth
- Showcase strong organisation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- Inspire your team to cultivate excellence in early education.
- Build strong connections with families and the community.
What You’ll Bring:
- Hold a Diploma in Early Childhood Education (or an ACECQA-approved equivalent)
- Maintain a current Working with Children Check
- Possess Australian Working Right
- Present yourself in a professional and warm manner
- Engage with families and the local community with confidence and curiosity
- Contribute to a team-first attitude and a positive setting
- Availability to work Monday to Friday
- Two professional references are required, including one from a manager or supervisor in a childcare or education setting
