Contract Site Manager working across a commercial residential project in the northern beaches
Your new company:
A respected residential builder with a strong portfolio across Sydney’s Northern Beaches is seeking an experienced Site Manager to drive the final stages of a $6 million refurbishment project in Manly. With structural works nearing completion, the focus is now on high-end finishes, coordination of trades, and delivering a seamless handover.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing finishing trades, subcontractors and defect management
- Coordinating final inspections and certifications
- Managing site safety and compliance
- Liaising with clients, consultants, and suppliers
- Driving program to meet handover deadlines
What you'll need to succeed:
- Proven experience delivering high-end residential projects through to completion
- Robust understanding of finishing trades and defect rectification
- Ability to manage tight timelines and maintain quality standards
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Relevant building qualifications and White Card
