Overview of the Role
We are seeking motivated Scaffolders at various levels - Basic/Trainee, Intermediate, and Advanced - to join our client’s team. Whether you are just starting your scaffolding career or have years of experience, there is an opportunity for progression and growth. This is a hands-on, safety-focused role with exposure to large-scale commercial, civil, and industrial projects across Brisbane and surrounding areas.
About the Role
In this role, you will:
- Assist with the erection, modification, and dismantling of scaffolding systems in accordance with safety standards and project requirements
- Read and interpret plans, drawings, and specifications relevant to scaffolding tasks
- Operate and handle scaffolding components, tools, and equipment safely and efficiently
- Ensure all work complies with WHS legislation, site procedures, and industry best practices
- Work collaboratively with supervisors,
site teams, and other trades to deliver projects on time
- Maintain a clean, organised, and safe work environment
- Represent the company professionally on site, always demonstrating reliability and strong work ethic
Overview of the Ideal Candidate
The ideal candidate will:
- Hold a current Scaffolding ticket (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced depending on your level)
- Have previous experience working on construction or industrial sites (preferred but not essential for entry-level applicants)
- Demonstrate strong safety awareness and the ability to follow instructions clearly
- Be physically fit, reliable, and comfortable working in outdoor site environments
- Have a positive attitude, willingness to learn, and commitment to quality workmanship
- Hold a current White Card
- Hold a current driver’s licence and have reliable transport
Essential:
- White Card
- Scaffolding ticket relevant to your level (Basic, Intermediate, or Advanced)
- Ability to work safely and follow procedures
- Reliable transport
- Full working rights in Australia
Desirable:
- High Risk Work Licence
- Working at Heights
- Confined Space
- Previous experience with large-scale commercial or industrial projects
