We’re looking for enthusiastic and reliable Part Time Lunch Cover Educators to join our team across our network of Y Kindergartens in Victoria. Whether you’re an experienced educator,
newly qualified, or currently studying your Certificate III or Diploma, this is a great opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a supportive, values-driven environment.
Qualifications
As a Lunch Cover Educator, you’ll:
- Support the teaching team during lunch breaks to maintain a caring, safe workplace for all children
- Assist with daily routines, transitions, and supervision across indoor and outdoor play
- Engage positively with children, helping create a sense of fun and security
- Work collaboratively with educators and leaders to uphold the Y’s standards of excellence and inclusion
What You’ll Bring
- Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or actively studying toward this qualification)
- Reliability, warmth, and a team-focused attitude
- Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certifications (or willingness to obtain)
- A genuine love for children and a commitment to learning and professional growth
