The role
We are seeking enthusiastic people capable of basic food preparation and food packaging skills in a fast paced production kitchen. The key responsibility of this role involves but is not limited to:
- Mixing and batching raw ingredients
- Picking, weighing and labelling products
- Packing products into containers / boxes
- Operating machinery
- Hand filling products
- Repetitive duties including lifting of up to 25 kg
- Line work preparing raw materials and products.
- Cleaning of workstations, equipment, and machinery
- Working inside coolroom

We are a high-volume food production company producing food for childcare and school services in Sydney, Brisbane, and Melbourne. Our business is based on Sydney’s Northern Beaches. We are passionate about producing the best quality food for kids.
What's the pay?
- Monday to Friday - $32.31 per hour.
- + super!
- + uniform provided
- + free food
When do I need to be available?
- You'll work Monday to Fridays all 5 days.
- Afternoon/ Fixed roster 2 pm to 10 p
Who would it suit?
Essentially, we are after someone who:
- Works well under pressure in a fast-paced work environment.
- Excels in a team environment.
- Has good communication skills.
- Has unrestricted working rights within Australia- MUST HAVE THE ABILITY TO WORK 38 HOURS EVERY WEEK – Sorry No Students Visas
- Can lift up to 25 kg on regular basis.
- Is reliable and hardworking.
Highly desirable skills / experience
- Previous experience in catering and/or bulk production kitchens.
- Certification in food hygiene and safe work principles.
