Position: sushi chef
Location: Macquarie or Rhodes
Requirements: Minimum 6 months experience making sushi (nigiri or roll)
Good attitude Ability to work in rapid paced environments. Experience in cutting sashimi is not required but highly regarded. Whether you would like to learn more about skills, or management, or just enjoy to work in a good setting , this is surely the right place to be.
Prefer can work on Friday, Saturday and Sunday
