About the Role
As a Senior Account Manager, you’ll take ownership of key client relationships and oversee the smooth delivery of campaigns from planning through to execution. You’ll be the strategic driver on your accounts, guiding the work, mentoring juniors, and maintaining a strong pulse on media and industry trends.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Lead planning and execution of PR and media campaigns across multiple channels.
- Maintain and grow relationships with journalists, creators, and industry contacts.
- Provide strategic counsel to clients and anticipate opportunities or challenges.
- Write and edit a range of materials including releases, content pieces, and presentations
- Manage events, activations, and media-facing moments with confidence.
- Shape campaign ideas and contribute to pitch responses and proposals.
- Oversee reporting,
WIPs, workflows, and ensure deadlines are met.
- Support junior team members by developing their skills and guiding workload priorities.
- Help drive commercial health across accounts including budgeting and forecasting.
