About the Role
We are seeking a creative and strategic Part time Social Media Marketer to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing our social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engage with our community, showcase our services, and attract both clients and quality support workers to Prime 1 Care.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement social media strategies across platforms including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and TikTok
- Create engaging content including posts, graphics, videos, and stories that align with our brand values
- Manage daily social media activity including posting, monitoring, and community engagement
- Respond to comments, messages, and enquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Track and analyse social media metrics to measure campaign effectiveness and inform strategy
- Collaborate with management to promote services, share client success stories (with consent), and highlight our team
- Stay current with social media trends, platform updates, and best practices in the NDIS and aged care sectors
- Assist with recruitment campaigns to attract quality support workers
This is a part time position with flexible hours (approximately 15-20 hours per week). Work can be performed remotely with occasional in-person meetings as required.
Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
- Proven experience in social media marketing (minimum 1-2 years preferred)
- Strong understanding of major social media platforms and their best practices
- Demonstrated ability to create engaging visual and written content
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with fluency in English
- Proficiency in design tools (Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar)
- Basic understanding of social media analytics and reporting
- Self-motivated with strong time management and organisational skills
- Understanding of or willingness to learn about the NDIS and aged care sectors
- Creative mindset with attention to detail
- Professional approach with respect for client privacy and confidentiality
Highly Regarded
- Experience in healthcare, disability services, or aged care sectors
- Knowledge of NDIS services and disability awareness
- Video content creation and editing skills
- Experience with social media advertising and paid campaigns
- Qualification in Marketing, Communications, or related field
