We are seeking a reliable, experienced cleaner to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of commercial strata buildings. The ideal candidate will have robust attention to detail, excellent time-management skills, and previous experience working independently across multiple sites.
Key Responsibilities
- Vacuuming all common areas, hallways, foyers, and stairwells
- Mopping tiled and hard-surface floors
- Sweeping entryways, paths, and carpark areas
- Cleaning lifts, lobbies, and shared facilities
- Wiping and sanitising handrails, doors, switches, and high-touch surfaces
- Cleaning glass doors, windows (reachable height), and mirrors
- Emptying and replacing bin liners; ensuring waste areas are tidy
- Taking out council bins on required collection days
- Maintaining cleanliness of mailrooms, common bathrooms, and shared amenities
- Reporting maintenance issues, damage, or safety hazards to the supervisor
- Ensuring cleaning supplies and equipment are used safely and stored correctly
- Following site schedules and adhering to WHS/OHS procedures
Requirements
- Proven experience in strata or commercial cleaning
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, equipment, and chemical safety
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude
- Current driver’s licence
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting, bending, and stair work

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Subcontract, Casual
Pay: From $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
