Role Details:
- Priority Shift: Early Morning – 4:00 AM to 12:30 PM - Availability for on-call early morning shifts (from 4:00 AM) is required.
- Pay Rate: $34.31 per hour
- Other Shifts: PM and Night shifts also available – 24/7 operation
What You’ll Be Doing:
- Lifting and handling bulk raw materials and finished goods (up to 20kg regularly)
- Weighing, mixing, bagging, labelling, and palletising product batches
- Operating batching, weighing, and blending equipment
- Maintaining high standards of cleanliness and food safety (HACCP)
- Supporting warehouse and production teams with manual tasks throughout your shift
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous experience in food production, processing, or other physically demanding roles (6+ months preferred)
- Good level of physical fitness and stamina for repetitive manual tasks
- Comfortable working in an setting involving lifting, bending, and being on your feet
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow processes
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
