Position Details:
- Job Title: Operator – Service Crew - LH
- Location: Fimiston, Mount Charlotte, Kanowna Belle, South Kalgoorlie, Porphyry, Ramone, Griffin & Wonder
- Employment Type: Permanent Full Time - Kalgoorlie residential or FIFO ex Perth
- Roster: 7/7 or 2/2, 12hr shifts

Key Responsibilities:
As a Service Crew Leading Hand, you’ll play a vital role in keeping our underground operations running smoothly. Your day-to-day will include:
- Leading and mentoring your team to complete service crew tasks safely and efficiently.
- Installing, maintaining, and repairing underground services (air, water, pump lines, ventilation bags, secondary fans, cables, pumps, explosive areas, and more).
- Operating Integrated Tool Carriers to transport equipment and materials underground.
- Conducting inspections, pre-start checks and ensuring work areas meet safety standards.
- Installing grout, plates, and tensioning cable bolts.
- Training new crew members to build a robust and capable team.
Qualifications:
- Minimum 3 years’ underground service crew experience.
- Competency in operating Integrated Tool Carriers.
- Manual C Class driver’s licence (unencumbered).
- Working at Heights Certificate.
- Desirable: Dangerous Goods Security Card & Senior First Aid.
