We’re seeking a driven and experienced Cleaning Supervisor to join our dynamic team and take charge of delivering excellence across our commercial cleaning contracts. This is a hands-on leadership position, perfect for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys both coordinating teams and rolling up their sleeves when needed.
In this pivotal role, you’ll work closely with management to plan, lead, and problem-solve across multiple client sites, ensuring high standards, safety, and efficiency. You’ll also step in operationally during periods of leave or high demand—your leadership will directly shape the experience of our clients and staff alike.
What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise day-to-day cleaning operations across multiple commercial sites
- Support management with planning, problem-solving, and best-practice implementation
- Maintain exceptional WHSE standards and embed safety-first culture in all activities
- Respond promptly to client feedback, concerns, or issues to ensure satisfaction
- Deliver services within budget while meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Train, motivate, and support team members to perform to a high standard
- Conduct regular site inspections and toolbox meetings to uphold standards and engagement
- Be ready to step in operationally when needed, including covering sick or annual leave
What You’ll Bring
- Proven experience as a hands-on leader in the commercial cleaning sector
- Strong knowledge of workplace health, safety and environmental (WHSE) regulations
- Excellent communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
- Ability to lead and inspire teams, with a focus on quality and service
- Exceptional attention to detail and the ability to juggle competing priorities
- A valid Australian Driver's Licence and full working rights in Australia

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
