About the Role
We are currently seeking dedicated and reliable Support Workers across multiple areas, including the Logan region, to provide:
- Community access support
- In-home support (daily living, household tasks, meal prep)
- Personal care (where applicable)
- Transport to appointments and activities
- Social support and skill-building
Shifts may include mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and sleepovers depending on participant needs.

- Confident working independently and following support plans
Essential Requirements
- NDIS Worker Screening Check
- Blue Card (Working with Children Check)
- Current First Aid & CPR
- Driver’s licence + reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Eligible to work in Australia
- Smart phone with internet access
Desirable (not mandatory)
- Certificate III/IV in Disability, Aged Care or Community Services
- Experience with NDIS participants, behaviour support, or high-intensity supports

Pay: $32.56 – $42.74 per hour
