Job Description
We’re on the hunt for a Restaurant Reservations Host who knows how to make every interaction shine.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Guest Experience Manager with incoming reservations via phone, email and online booking platforms
- Greeting guests and ensuring a smooth reservation experience
- Coordinating table allocations to maximise guest satisfaction and venue flow
- Communicating special requests and booking details to the wider team
- Maintaining accurate reservation records and waitlists
- Assisting with general host duties during service
- Providing prompt, friendly and professional customer service at all times
- Support the Management team in ensuring a seamless customer service experience
Qualifications
About You
- Previous experience in a host, reservations or guest services role (hospitality experience highly regarded)
- Robust communication and organisational skills
- The ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure
- Experience using booking systems (e.g., SevenRooms, OpenTable)
- A genuine passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests
- Flexibility to work across all service periods (breakfast, lunch and dinner) and weekends and public holidays to support operations.
