You’re the type of person who:
- Has never been told to “slow down” you’re an energiser bunny in human form.
- Notices details other people don’t (smudges, fingerprints, streaks, dusty corners, they haunt you).
- Shows up on time, ready to work, without ever needing reminders.
- Takes feedback with humility and sees it as a way to grow.
- Enjoys helping people, especially those who need a little extra patience and care.
- Loves animals and doesn’t mind working around dogs, cats… or the occasional curious pet chicken.
- Believes kindness and professionalism are non-negotiable.
THIS ROLE WILL NOT SUIT YOU IF…
This isn’t the place for you if:
- You just want a paycheck and don’t care about the quality of your work.
- You dislike physical work, we move, scrub, lift, bend, polish, and hustle.
- Cleaning “fast” matters more to you than cleaning “properly.”

- You dislike pets or can’t work around different home environments.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
- Detailed residential cleaning
- NDIS participant support cleaning
- Aged care and DVA cleaning services
- Spring cleans, maintenance cleans, and occasional bond cleans
- Following our detailed checklists for consistent, high-quality results
- Communicating kindly and professionally with our clients
- Working independently or with another cleaner depending on the job
- Representing the C&C; Solutions brand with pride, empathy, and respect
WHAT WE PROVIDE
- $44 per hour including super

REQUIREMENTS
- ABN or willingness to obtain one
- Reliable vehicle & full licence
- Police check, WWCC, NDIS Worker Screening (or willingness to obtain)
- Ability to work independently
- High standard of personal presentation
- Excellent communication skills
- Availability for a paid trial shift

Pay: $35.00 – $44.00 per hour
