Join our team on board the TSHD Brisbane as Dredgemaster, where you will be Officer of the Watch during dredging and transit operations, ensuring secure navigation in confined waters and the open. You will collaborate with the Master and Chief Engineer on safety, maintenance, and dredging operations.

- You hold a current AMSA Master <500GT or higher certificate of competency or recognition with AMSA ECDIS generic endorsement.
- You hold a current AMSA GMDSS certificate of proficiency and a current AMSA Certificate of Medical Fitness.
- You can demonstrate commitment to safety leadership and compliance with health and safety standards.
- You work collaboratively in a small team and can demonstrate resilience under pressure.
- You are motivated to deliver results and take accountability for all assigned work.
