Responsibilities:
- Prepare and present high-quality dishes while contributing to menu development.
- Maintain kitchen hygiene and ensure proper use of equipment.
- Control food costs by minimizing waste and following standard recipes.
- Work collaboratively with the team to deliver an exceptional dining experience.
- Stay flexible and proactive, adapting to training, rosters, and kitchen needs.
Ideal candidate has:
- Fine dining or luxury 5-star experience.
- A passion and a heart for Hospitality and Culinary is essential.
- Excellent communications skills whilst able to work in a busy environment, fast-paced setting.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Passion for culinary excellence and full working rights in Australia.
