Crinitis Southbank are looking for Hospitality focused Wait Staff. Crinitis offers its staff constant learnings in customer service and day to day operations in Service, Standards, Bar, and Waitstaff trainings. Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

- Ensure adherence to company policy and procedures in regard to the reliability, punctuality, efficiency and smooth functioning of the restaurant.
- Create smooth, efficient, happy and informative experience for customers
- Prepare tables for customers, greet all customers coming to restaurants and present menu to customers and administer orders for all.
- Understand and expand knowledge on available items on menu and side dishes and ensure optimal level of services to customers.
- Develop and maintain a friendly relationship with regular patrons of the restaurant.
- Manage and ensure appropriate resolution of all customer queries.
- Coordinate with kitchen staff and customers and ensure timely delivery of all services.
- Serve a complete course of order to customers including salad, drinks and main course.



Assist customers to select extra replenishment after meal.
- Perform all basic activities in restaurant and ensure compliance to Criniti’s standards at all times

Knowledge, Qualifications, Languages, Skills & Attributes:

- Relevant Qualification or extensive experience
- Hands-on experience in a similar restaurant or hospitality environment
- RSA certified
- Excellent knowledge of food and beverages
- Is approachable and tolerant
- Skilled presentation and communication skills with the ability to build relationships at all level of the organisation
- Understanding of laws as they relate to the organisation, in particular, the Liquor Act, the Responsible Service of Alcohol, Industrial Relations laws and WH&S; laws

Job Types: Part-time, Casual

Pay: $21.00 – $28.00 per hour

Experience:

- Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
