Lemongrove Campus is seeking an organised, proactive and motivated Administration Officer to provide high-level administrative support to the Aged Care Assessment Team (ACAT).
This role is essential to ensuring smooth operations, accurate client documentation, and effective service delivery across our aged care programs. In this role you will be assisting with telephone enquiries, diary management, and general communication to support the needs of the ACAT team. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date client records across My Aged Care, and NSW Health electronic systems such as CHOC, I-PM,
and internal ACAT databases. Working collaboratively with administrative staff across Lemon Grove Community Health Centre to support seamless service delivery

What you will bring to the role
- Qualifications such as Certificate III in Health Administration (or similar)
and/or substantial experience in administrative support positions with a demonstrated capacity to work effectively at the ACAT administration level.
- Sounds understanding of MoH policies and procedures relation to Commonwealth Funding assessment services e.g CHSP, RAS, ACAS, AN-ACC, TACP and other support services.
- Understanding and working knowledge of My Aged care and related services to provide extensive administration support to the ACAT team.
- Demonstrated high level administrative clerical skills including the use of various computer packages & Experience and working knowledge of NSW Health electronic Records e.g. as CHOC, I-PM, Outlook, Healthroster, SARA, Stafflink, raise invoice and Procurements, COS, Internal database or capacity to learn the same.
- Ability to prioritise multiple tasks and implement systems and processes to ensure deadlines are met.
- Demonstrated ability to work autonomously, utilise discretion and maintain strict confidentiality whilst working as an efficient team member.
- Demonstrated high level oral and written communication skills including preparation of reports, briefings, minutes and agenda.
- Current Driver’s Licence and willingness to use for work purpose travel
