Job Description

About the Role:

We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Office Administrator to join our team on a full-time basis at GPA’s Perth office. This role is central to ensuring the smooth running of our office such as supporting daily operations, fostering a positive team culture, and assisting with HSE, HR and general administrative tasks. You will play a key role in coordinating office activities, and managing invoices.

To succeed in this role, you'll thrive in hands-on, collaborative environment, be comfortable juggling diverse responsibilities, and proactively anticipate the needs of the team.

Key Duties:

- Provide general office administration support, including reception duties and liaison with building management
- Maintain office amenities and organise staff social events
- Assist with HR activities, such as onboarding and inductions of new employee
- Support the QHSE Manager to ensure local compliance with QHSE requirements
- Provide general business development support as required
- Perform filing, scanning, word processing, and document formatting
- Taking minutes of meetings
- Manage document archiving in line with company policies in a timely and effective manner

we are seeking candidates with great personality, has robust attention to detail, collaborative, ability to prioritise tasks, and with the following relevant skills and experience:

- Excellent organisational and time management skills
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
- Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Demonstrated ability to work effectively as part of a team.

A requirement for this role is to complete a satisfactory Australian police clearance.
