- Prepare ingredients by cutting them into appropriate sizes and expertly skewering them onto bamboo skewers, leaving space for even cooking.
- Maintain a fully stocked and organized station with all necessary ingredients, tools, and equipment to ensure efficiency during service.
- Adhere to strict food safety, hygiene, and cleaning standards to ensure a safe and welcoming kitchen environment.
- Monitor ingredient stock, place orders for fresh supplies, and manage inventory to minimize waste.
- Deep understanding of traditional yakitori techniques, including the subtle nuances of charcoal grilling and flavor profiles.
