We are currently seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Boilermaker. The position will see you undertaking and completing a range of tasks including but not limited to structural steel work, truck body building, general fabrication and in office welding. The successful candidate will be responsible for producing quality and sound workmanship to meet our client expectations.
Main responsibility of the role include:
- Perform and undertake welding and fabrication tasks
- Mobile/on-site welding
- Conduct all boiler making activities, be responsible for the overall execution and quality finish
- Ensure that all work is carried out in compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as relevant health and safety regulations
- Provide regular progress reports to management
- Identify and mitigate potential risks
Skills and Experience:
- Experience in welding and working within the Boilermaker industry
- Effective communicator
- Ability to take initiative
- White card qualified
- Qualifications in Boiler making
