Join Our Team as a Care Support Worker

Jessie Cares is looking for compassionate and dependable Casual Care Support Workers to support older adults living in aged care homes throughout Tweed Heads.
If you enjoy making a positive impact on the lives of seniors and want work that feels meaningful, this role could be an excellent fit.

What the Role Involves

Your day-to-day duties may include:

- Assisting residents with personal care and routine daily tasks
- Supporting independence and contributing to residents’ overall wellbeing
- Helping maintain a calm, respectful, and encouraging environment
- Offering companionship and building supportive relationships

About You

Required Qualifications

To join Jessie Cares, applicants must have:





- A Certificate III or IV in Individual Support / Aged Care (or equivalent)
- Current First Aid & CPR certifications
- A recent National Police Check
- Infection Control & Prevention training
- Manual Handling certification
