About the Role: We are seeking a highly professional, discreet, and proactive Personal Assistant to provide comprehensive support to our Managing Director. This role requires someone who is highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing both personal and household responsibilities with efficiency and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will ensure the smooth running of daily routines and personal affairs, allowing the Managing Director to focus fully on his professional commitments.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the Managing Director’s personal schedule and daily routines.
- Organize and maintain personal belongings and household items.
- Plan, prepare, and serve meals, including catering to specific dietary requirements.
- Perform laundry, wardrobe management, and general household upkeep.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the apartment and living spaces.
- Manage personal transportation, including scheduling maintenance and ensuring readiness of the vehicle.
- Provide attentive support in looking after children and coordinating their schedules, as needed.
- Assist with personal errands, shopping, and other ad-hoc tasks.
- Handle confidential matters with the utmost discretion and professionalism.
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or in a similar role supporting high-profile individuals.
- Exceptional organizational, multitasking, and time-management skills.
- Ability to work independently, anticipate needs, and take initiative.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to interact professionally with all levels of household and external contacts.
- Discretion, reliability, and integrity in handling sensitive information.
- Flexibility to be on-call and available for urgent tasks
- Domestic skills including cooking, cleaning, and general household management.
- Prior experience managing personal vehicles preferred.

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $55,000.00 per year
