Ideal Candidate:
- Fast typing speed and close familiarity with MS Word
- Can switch from paper based to computer based quickly and easily
- Expertise with MS Word keyboard shortcuts, constructing fill in phrases for word documents, scanning
- Previous Experience in admin role dealing with large written documents
- Mature approach
The Role:
Assisting the Managing Director in a sole trader business to fulfill documentary requirements as he is primarily front of house.
You will be in charge of back of house functions and require a mature, responsible approach with some knowledge of standard business documentation.
