We are looking for a dependable Personal Assistant to support day-to-day operations and handle routine financial tasks. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, discreet, and comfortable managing both administrative duties and basic banking activities.
Primary Duties
- Coordinate schedules, appointments, travel plans, and general communications.
- Manage documents, correspondence, and personal errands.
- Process payments, invoices, and expenses; maintain explicit financial records.
- Carry out authorized banking tasks such as deposits, withdrawals, and account-related follow-ups.
- Protect all personal and financial information and comply with established approval and security procedures.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a similar support role.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Trustworthy, professional, and attentive to detail.
- Working knowledge of payment handling and basic banking procedures; competent with standard office software.
Qualifications
- Experience in administrative or personal assistant roles.
- Strong organizational and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and ability to handle sensitive information.
- Basic financial and banking literacy; proficiency with office software.
- Candidate must have an ABN (Australia Business Number
Job Types: Part-time, Permanent
Pay: $52,997.35 – $70,998.82 per year
Expected hours: 20 – 25 per week
