Job Description:
SMART PHONE REPAIRS is looking for a highly motivated individual with retail and repair experience to join our dynamic team environment at one of our stores in Westfield Doncaster, Westfield Plenty Valley and Chirnside Park Shopping Centre.
Your role:
- Assist and support sales of mobile accessories by recommending suitable products to enhance device performance and customer satisfaction.
- Install, diagnose, and repair mobile phones, tablets, and related electronic equipment in-store, ensuring high-quality workmanship.
- Identify faults, troubleshoot issues, and carry out adjustments, part replacements, and component-level repairs.
- Perform routine inspections, testing, and preventative maintenance on mobile devices to ensure optimal functionality.
- Configure, update, and program mobile devices according to manufacturer specifications and customer requirements.
- Provide technical support and assistance to customers, explaining repair outcomes and offering professional advice on device care.
- Ensure all repairs meet company quality standards and professional workmanship for a reliable service.
Key Requirements:
- Retail Experience: Retail experience is essential. Candidates with good selling skill would preferred.
- Repair Experience: Basic screen repair experience is essential. Candidates with main board repair experience would be preferred.
- Customer Service Passion: Is passion in customer service and mobile technology.
- Motivation: Has a highly motivated and sales hungry attitude is a plus.
- Adaptable Availability: Flexible to work any days of the week including weekends.
- Fluent English: Fluent in English and has good communication skill is essential.
- Travel: Our stores are located close to public transport, however, candidate who are able to drive and willing to work at different locations would be prioritized.
