More than 1000 people choose to work at Fronditha Care, caring for elders across our 5 residential facilities in Melbourne and Newcastle, in their homes and in the community, across metropolitan Melbourne.

Presently, we have a need for Enrolled Nurses to support our elderly in our St Albans residential facility.

The main responsibilities will be, but not limited to:

- Providing personal care to our elderly
- Assisting with activities of daily living
- Mobility assistance
- Medication administration and management
- Keeping accurate and up-to-date records
- Plan, initiate and provide personal care needs consistent with care plans.
- Observing the conditions of our elderly and reporting any concerns
- Assist the Person in Charge in regular reviews of programs, care plans and activities.
- Ensure appropriate documentation for Accreditation, ACFI and Policy & Procedures.
- Respite Care – companionship and conversation

Enrolled Nurses within our residential care services sites will have:





- A current registration with the Australian Health Practitioner Regulation Agency (AHPRA) as an Enrolled Nurse
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate.
- Demonstrated knowledge and nursing experience in the provision of Aged Care.
- Empathy and problem solving skills
- A commitment to deliver quality to the care recipient
- Demonstrated leadership qualities.

Pay: $35.00 – $40.00 per hour
