Key Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive medical assessments and examinations for patients of all ages.
- Diagnose, manage, and treat a wide range of acute and chronic health conditions.
- Develop and implement personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
- Coordinate care effectively by referring to specialists and allied health professionals when required.
- Maintain thorough, accurate, and up-to-date clinical documentation.
- Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives within the practice.
- Contribute to the practice's growth, development, and sustainability.
- Engage collaboratively with multidisciplinary team members to optimise patient outcomes.
What We're Looking For
Essential Requirements:
- Vocationally Registered (VR) General Practitioner with complete registration in Australia.
- At least 3 years of post-fellowship general practice experience.
- Minimum 1 year of NHS experience.
- Strong primary care clinical skills and knowledge of current best practices.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build trusted patient relationships.
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, patient-centred care.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary clinical environment.
- Passion for ongoing professional development and learning.
