ABOUT THE ROLE
Join Luxe Care as the first point of contact for clients, families and visitors. We are looking for a friendly, organised and professional Receptionist who thrives in a fast-paced environment and genuinely enjoys supporting others. You will deliver a welcoming, barrier-free front-of-house experience while providing efficient administrative and office support across the business.
Part Time - 22.8 hours per week | Flexibility for additional hours
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide customer service via phone, central inbox and front counter reception
- Manage office operations including supplies, facilities and meeting room coordination
- Assist with documentation, reports, diaries and internal communications
- Maintain accurate digital and physical records, data entry and database updates
- Support the coordination of internal events, workshops and team initiatives
- Respond to general company enquiries and support day-to-day operations
- Undertake ad hoc administrative tasks as required

Essential skills and attributes:
- Highly organised with exceptional attention to detail
- Strong verbal and written communication skills and professional phone manner
- Ability to prioritise tasks and manage time effectively
- Proactive, motivated and able to work independently
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, changing environment
- Experience in reception and administration, ideally in a busy environment
- Demonstrated empathy and interest in working with elderly clients
- The right to work in Australia
- A current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain if successful)
Desirable:
- Marketing or communications experience
- Formal qualification or study in administration or a related field
