About the Role
The Sales Associate position is ideal for someone passionate about real estate and committed to building a successful career. The role involves working closely with experienced sales professionals, gaining exposure to all aspects of property transactions, and providing essential support throughout the sales process.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Prospect for and identify new business opportunities while managing buyer enquiries
- Attend open inspections, auctions, and vendor meetings, representing the agency with professionalism
- Prepare vendor reports, presentations, and marketing materials to support property campaigns
- Assist with offers, negotiations, and end-to-end sales processes to ensure successful outcomes
- Provide high-level support to senior sales agents, ensuring seamless campaign delivery and client satisfaction
- Contribute to team strategy, pipeline management, and share market insights
Skills & Experience
- Current South Australian Real Estate Sales Registration (essential)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional presentation and a positive attitude
- Highly organised with attention to detail
- Previous experience in real estate or customer service is advantageous
