About the role
Couplemate Trailer Parts is seeking an experienced and skilled Senior Parts Interpreter to join our team in Wynnum, Queensland. This full-time position is essential in supporting our customers in the truck, trailer and caravan industry with their parts and servicing needs.
What you'll be doing
1. Interpreting and processing customers' parts requests accurately and efficiently
2. Maintaining an up-to-date knowledge of our extensive range of truck, trailer and caravan parts
3. Providing expert advice and guidance to customers to ensure they receive the right parts for their needs
4. Handling inventory management and stock control for our parts warehouse
5. Assisting with the ordering, receiving and stocking of current parts
6. Providing exceptional customer service and building strong relationships with clients
7. Collaborating with the wider team to continuously improve our parts and service offerings
What we're looking for
1. Minimum 5 years' experience as a Parts Interpreter in the automotive, truck, trailer or caravan industry
2. Extensive knowledge of truck, trailer and caravan parts and components
3. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to accurately identify and source the right parts
4. Excellent communication and customer service skills to provide expert advice and guidance
5.
Proven ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team
6. Keen attention to detail and accuracy in processing orders and maintaining inventory
7. Forklift licence and experience with warehouse management systems would be highly regarded
