We are seeking an experienced Assistant Commercial Property Manager to work with a small team, responsible for a shopping centre in the northern suburbs.
Key Responsibilities will include:-
- Managing approximately 100 tenants
- Liaison with tenants, owners and third parties
- Collection of rent and management of rental arrears
- Maintenance schedules management
- Routine inspections and repairs
- Liaison with social media team and & other advertising specialists
The successful applicant will have:-
- At least 2 year's experience as a property manager in commercial real estate
- Impeccable organisation skills
- Solid verbal and written communication
- A motivated "can-do" attitude
- Ability to lead a team in the future
