About the Role
Join our dynamic team as a Customer Service Representative, where you’ll play a key role in delivering exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction. This position involves managing inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and maintaining accurate records in line with our Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
Key Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls promptly and professionally, ensuring a positive customer experience.
- Respond to customer emails in a timely and professional manner, following communication guidelines.
- Provide initial triage and basic troubleshooting for customer issues.
- Communicate with customers using approved templates and maintain updates every 24 hours until resolution.
- Escalate unresolved issues promptly following SOP escalation steps.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to follow structured processes and meet service level agreements (SLAs).
- Previous customer service experience preferred.
