Your new role
Reporting to the Factory Manager, as a Process Worker you'll be responsible for:
- Operation of moulding machines
- Monitor quality and detect and report any defects
- Pack and count final product ready for dispatch
- Following safe work procedures
- Fork lift operation
- Manual handling
- Maintaining a clean work setting.
What you'll need to succeed
To be considered, you must demonstrate proven experience operating fixed plant equipment within a manufacturing setting. Additionally,
the ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:
- Reliability and a commitment to work
- An eye for detail and focus on quality
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to interpret instructions and specifications
- A current forklift licence.

If successful, you will be offered direct employment with our client, initially working full-time hours on a casual basis, with the possibility of ongoing permanent employment.
