The Responsibilities
- Construction cost & buildability assessment of early concept designs including cost estimates for feasibility purposes
- Actively build strong relationships with key stakeholders and manage ongoing communication, inclusive of regular reporting and meetings
- Purchaser/client /tenant variations scope, pricing & delivery
- Chairing/attending meetings of builders and design consultants
- Monitor and implement detailed programs for Design, approvals, procurement, and construction.
- Cost control and cash flow management
- Overview and guide consultant input including - design/recommendations/solution and response in a timely manner
Ideal Skills/Experience
- At least 5 years in managing new built-form projects
- Prior experience in managing a full project lifecycle in built-form.
- High-rise development experiences favorable
- Exceptional stakeholder management skills
- Leadership experience, managing a team of project managers and contract administrators
- Tertiary qualifications in Project Management, Construction Management or equivalent
- Contract management & strong negotiation skills
- Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
- Able to manage a project team
