KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Lead and support the FOH Manager through recruitment, training, and day-to-day service
- Maintain high service standards while keeping the atmosphere warm, fun, and welcoming
- Stay calm, professional, and positive during busy periods
ABOUT YOU
- 2+ years in a similar supervisory or leadership role (highly regarded)
- Confident knowledge of wine, cocktails, or beer – bonus points if you love all three
- Calm under pressure with a friendly, professional approach
- A true team player who thrives in a busy environment
