Salary: SCHADS Level 3 ($76,376 – $81,907 per annum) + super + salary packaging

We help seniors live independently at home, with a strong focus on culturally and linguistically diverse (CaLD) and LGBTIQA+ communities.

Are you a rostering expert who loves problem-solving? We’re looking for an experienced Scheduling Officer to join our busy Home Support Services team for a 12-month fixed term period.

What You’ll Do:

- Plan and coordinate home-based services for clients.
- Coordinate daily rescheduling and manage unplanned absences promptly and efficiently.
- Match staff with clients to ensure optimal compatibility and quality care.
- Deliver timely and accurate scheduling to support smooth operations.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with staff and clients for seamless service delivery.
- Assist with staff timesheets when required.
- Work collaboratively with managers and client care partners.

What We’re Looking For:

- Certificate III in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent experience.
- A genuine passion for delivering client centred care.
- Strong time management, problem solving and communication skills.




- Calm professional and proactive when working under pressure.
- Team-oriented, reliable, and dedicated to delivering quality service.
- Experience with scheduling software and MS Office.
- Commitment to ethical standards and Umbrella’s values.

Desirable:

- Knowledge of the Strengthened Aged Care Quality Standards and the Aged Care Act.
- Understanding of diversity and equity issues for CaLD and LGBTI seniors.
