What Youll Do
- Build and manage relationships with new and existing clients
- Conduct outbound calls, meetings, and follow-ups to current construction clients

- Manage your sales pipeline from first contact to close
- Hit and exceed targets to unlock commission bonuses
- Represent the business professionally at all times

- Proven success in B2B or B2C sales
- Confidence in building rapport and asking the right questions
- Strong negotiation, communication, and closing skills
