Our client is a truly global company and brand name known to most Australians. With this ever-expanding business comes a new prospect for a Senior Legal Counsel to join the thriving in-house team.
The Role
We are seeking a lawyer with 5-8 years + commercial law (contract drafting and negotiation) and consumer law experience. This role will be varied and you will have the chance to provide legal advice and negotiate and draft a range of contracts (in relation to customer retention, sales, digital and innovation initiatives etc etc), review and advise on marketing and content and provide advice on competition and consumer laws.
