As a Facilities Manager, you'll be the driving force behind the effective, cost-effective operation and maintenance of premium commercial assets. You'll lead building operations, ensure compliance, and deliver outstanding service that keeps tenants and clients happy.
**The Opportunity**
+ Oversee day-to-day building operations and ensure smooth delivery of all facilities services.
+ Build strong relationships with tenants, contractors, and stakeholders.
+ Manage budgets, operating expenditure, and provide accurate monthly reporting.
+ Drive sustainability initiatives and ensure risk management compliance.
+ Collaborate with an experienced team to deliver exceptional outcomes for a global client.
**Your Background**
+ Proven experience in Facilities Management, ideally within commercial property.
+ Strong financial acumen and a background in trade or engineering.
+ In-depth knowledge of building services (fire safety, mechanical, hydraulic, structural).
+ Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence stakeholders
