A role with unique responsibilities

Reporting to the IVF Nurse Team Leader of our Monash IVF Gold Coast clinic, this position will be responsible for coordinating and delivering nursing services as directed by the Fertility Specialist.
The successful incumbent will work closely with the Fertility Specialist in his private clinic in a small multidisciplinary team.
Such nursing services can include providing information, education and support to patients before beginning IVF treatment and follicle scanning when required.

Ideally you will bring:

• Current RN registration
• Recent experience in IVF nursing (essential)
• A demonstrable track record of achievement in a specialist nursing role
• Competency in follicle scanning (advantageous)
• A caring compassionate service orientation
• A willingness to work collaboratively within a small multidisciplinary team
• Exceptional organisational skills
• Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
• An attention to detail focus
• A willingness to fit in and embrace the Monash IVF Group Values

In addition we are seeking individuals that possess the following key competencies:

• Excellent attention to detail
