The Role:

- Full end-to-end property management - No Leasing
- Out-of-office duties & owner/tenant communications
- Maintenance coordination
- Processing applications & preparing lease packs

The Ideal Candidate:

- Holds a current Agents Representative Certificate
- Able to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- Loyal, ambitious,



and passionate about property management
- Holds a valid driver’s license
- Previous real estate experience preferred but not essential
