About the Role:
DiroDi is one of Australia's fastest-growing e-bike brands. We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Operations Manager to lead our end-to-end operational functions. This role sits at the centre of the business and is critical to scaling our operations as we grow.
You will be responsible for:
- Leadership & Team Management: Lead and inspire operational teams (workshop and office), overseeing recruitment, training, performance, and fostering a safe, organised, and productive team culture.
- Operational Oversight & Process Improvement: Manage the day-to-day across logistics, service, inventory, and office workflows. Develop and document operational policies to streamline processes, monitor KPIs, and ensure efficiency scales with business growth.
- Supply Chain, Logistics & Procurement: Optimise logistics workflows, delivery timelines, and cost efficiency. Support warehouse and 3PL operations for smooth and timely fulfilment.
- Inventory Planning & Forecasting: Manage the forecasting for bikes, accessories, and spare parts. Ensure high stock accuracy within the ERP System and oversee stock allocation for retail, wholesale, and pre-orders.
- Sales Operations & ERP Management: Oversee order processing, dispatch accuracy, invoicing,
and financial alignment within the ERP system. Support marketing with the operational components of campaigns.
- Wholesale & B2B Operations: Maintain excellent communication and high service levels for all B2B partners.
- Customer Experience & After-Sales Support: Oversee all ticketing, email, and phone support channels, ensuring timely resolution of customer issues and adherence to support SLAs. Lead on escalations, refunds, complex cases, and review management.
- Strategic Collaboration: Work closely with the Director on budgeting, planning, and proactively identifying operational improvements and cost-saving opportunities.
About You:
We love to have you in our team if you are:
- You have a minimum of 3–5+ years of work experience in operations management or a related field.
- You possess strong expertise in forecasting, logistics, and process optimisation.
- You have practical ERP experience (experience with Odoo is an advantage).
- You demonstrate excellent leadership and communication skills, capable of managing teams and stakeholder relationships.
- You are highly organised, proactive, and systems-oriented, with a drive to create and maintain effective workflows.
- You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are committed to leading the operational functions required to support a rapidly scaling business.
- You must have Australian work authorisation at the time of application.
