About the Role

As General Manager – Property Management, you will be responsible for the overall performance, culture and strategic direction of the Property Management department.

Key responsibilities include:

- Leading and inspiring a high-performing Property Management team

- Implementing their change from a task based process to a pod-style process

- Driving performance, operational efficiency and service standards

- Overseeing the Trust accounts

- Working closely with the Directors to execute strategic growth initiatives

- Implementing and refining systems, processes and best practices

- Coaching, mentoring and developing team members at all levels

- Championing a positive,



collaborative and accountable culture

- Strong business acumen with a hands-on, solutions-focused approach

- Proven success in property management leadership or operations

- Excellent communication, stakeholder management and decision-making skills
