We're currently seeking dedicated individuals to join our Youth Employment and Training team. Working exclusively with young people aged 15–24, this role is all about guiding, mentoring, and empowering Youth Participants on their journey toward meaningful employment or further education.

Your Role Will Include:

- Mentoring and motivating Youth Participants

- Assisting with career planning and pathway development

- Managing a caseload of young people and helping them achieve their goals

- Organising relevant training programs and short courses

- Connecting with employers to identify and fill vacancies

- Sourcing unique employment and education opportunities





- Providing job search guidance and advocacy
