The Role
The Salesforce and Application Support Analyst will be responsible for user support, troubleshooting, access management, light configuration work, and improving adoption of Salesforce and other core business systems. This is a highly collaborative role working with sales, operations, purchasing, and finance stakeholders.
Key responsibilities:
- Provide user support and troubleshoot Tier 1-2 issues for Salesforce and other business applications
- Manage user access and permissions across multiple systems
- Perform basic configuration and customisation tasks to improve system functionality and user experience
- Assist with data cleanup and maintenance to ensure data integrity
- Generate and modify reports and dashboards to support business reporting needs
Skills and Experience
- Hands-on Salesforce support experience, including user setup, permissions, troubleshooting, and basic configuration
- Strong understanding of data quality, duplicate management, and maintaining clean, accurate records
- Experience generating or modifying reports and dashboards
- Ability to support Tier 1-2 issues independently and escalate appropriately
- Experience with ERP or BI environments such as Dynamics AX, Phocas, or Power BI
